Tim McGraw, Faith Hill Selling Private Island

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s nearly 20-acre private island in the Bahamas has just hit the market for $35 million, according to The New York Post. Tim and Faith purchased the island, called L’île d’Anges, in 2003 but didn’t actually complete the residence and move in until 2012.
The main home boasts more than 6,500 square feet with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and more than a mile of water frontage. The island also includes staff housing, infrastructure for construction crews, water and electricity.
It was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest in 2017.
According to the listing, L’île d’Anges is an 80-minute flight from Miami.
