Good Weather Makes Us Want to More Actively Pursue THIS

A poll of 2,000 U.S. adults shows that three-out-of-four (75%) of Americans feel more encouraged to be healthy if the weather is nice.  Makes sense:  You can engage in more outdoor activities when conditions are favorable and fun.

  • 46% of us associate the sun with healthy weather conditions.
  • 10% say storms indicate unhealthy weather conditions.
  • 51% of respondents said they prioritize a healthier diet in the summer.
  • 59% feel unhealthiest in cold and wet months.
  • 42% think about vitamin D more during the hot months.

Eating healthier, exercising, and taking vitamins are the top ways we, Americans, like to take care of ourselves in the summertime.
