Faith Hill and Tim Mcgraw List their Private Island in the Bahamas

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw own a sprawling private island – which is now on the market.

The couple purchased the 20-acre island in 2003; but they didn’t move in until 2012.  Several upgrades had to be completed prior to moving in.  “We basically had to build a little town,” said Hill.  “You’ve got to have staff houses, you’ve got to have infrastructure.  You’ve got to have water, electricity.  You don’t quite put all that together at first.”

The listed price for the beach paradise, dubbed L’île d’Anges, is $35 million.

The main home boasts more than 6,500 square feet – with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and more than a mile of water frontage.

The island also includes staff housing, infrastructure for construction crews, water and electricity.

It was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest in 2017.

According to the listing, L’île d’Anges is an 80-minute flight from Miami.
