Andrew Lipovsky/NBC The Highwomen — the new country supergroup featuring Brandi CarlileMaren MorrisNatalie Hemby and Amanda Shires — made an impressive TV debut last night on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Fresh off their buzzworthy set at the 2019 Newport Folk Festival, the power group brought a pair of songs to the late night stage, performing “Redesigning Women” and “Crowded Table.”

Their harmonies pristine, the foursome carried the message that women can do it all in “Redesigning Women,” before making room for everyone with “Crowded Table.”

In the latter song, they encouraged acceptance and belonging, singing, “I want a house with a crowded table/And a place by the fire for everyone/Let us take on the world while we’re young and able/And bring us back together when the day is done.”

“Redesigning Women” is the lead single from The Highwomen’s self-titled debut album, set for release on September 6.
