Patrick Dempsey is People magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive.
The graying-brunette “Grey’s Anatomy” star took the title from “Captain America” star Chris Evans, who was 2022’s selection.
The pick was revealed on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” last night. Dempsey, who’s 57, said, “I’ve always been the bridesmaid… I’d completely forgotten about it and never even contemplated being in this position. So, my ego is good.”
He told Jimmy Kimmel that his three kids will tease him, a lot, about this.
The People edition with Dempsey’s cover story will be out Friday.
Dempsey was often referred to by the nickname of his popular TV character, Dr. “McDreamy.”
