DuPage Co. Prosecutors Investigating Suspected Cases Of Vote-by-Mail Fraud

DuPage County prosecutors are investigating three separate cases of suspected vote-by-mail fraud. The DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office has already investigated six other cases and concluded no criminal charges would be filed. The investigations are the result of coordinated efforts between the State’s Attorney’s Office and the DuPage County Clerk’s Office. Each case was launched after the Clerk’s office received a request for a mail-in-ballot from a county resident who is no longer alive.
