Sara Evans’ Husband Gets Probation – after Domestic Violence

Sara Evans‘ estranged husband, Jay Barker, has been placed on probation, after he was convicted of misdemeanor reckless endangerment, not involving a weapon, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.
Barker is also on supervised probation for 11 months and 29 days after he had originally been charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, back in January.
That was after he has tried to hit the car in which Evans was riding, with his own vehicle.
Evans filed for divorce from Barker in August of last year. She cited irreconcilable differences and “inappropriate marital conduct.”
The couple is still reportedly married, but living separately.
Evans and Barker tied the knot in 2008. They have no children together.
