Russell Wilson Advised to Avoid Country Music by His Mental Conditioning Coach
Russell Wilson, quarterback of the Seattle Seahawks is a Super Bowl champion and one of the top quarterbacks in the league.
In order to be at the top of his game, he must have a specific and healthy regiment.
One thing he has is a mental conditioning coach. Trevor Moawad, his mental conditioning coach and author of, It Takes What It Takes, said in an interview, country music is great but it’s so negative. Moawad went on to say that, if you’re going through a divorce or a tough challenge, and you’re listening to sad music, you’re going to be influenced negatively.
