Reba McEntire Brings a Sit-Com to NBC – Again – after ‘The Voice’

All signs point to Reba McEntire and NBC reuniting for a situation comedy.

According to reports, after serving as a judge on The Voice, Reba will star in the sit-com, which has earned a pilot order at NBC.

The series will focus on Reba, who inherits her father’s restaurant and has to run the business with a sister-in-law she never knew she had, who also inherits half.

The multi-camera show marks the reunion of Reba and the former showrunner of her Reba series, Kevin Abbott, who will write the script for the series.
