PB & J to pay for tickets? Genius!

Who wouldn’t want to pay a parking ticket with P-B-and-J? That was a recent offer to college students in Alaska and it was all for a good cause. Anyone with unpaid fines was able to cover the cost of their ticket with peanut butter and jelly. For example, two jars got 10-bucks off a ticket, five jars got 60. All the food is going to help fight student hunger.
