Old Dominion’s Tour Named by Kenny Chesney

Old Dominion is about to go on tour, and they have Kenny Chesney to thank for the name of the tour.  “The name of the tour is the No Bad Vibes Tour, and it got named by Kenny,” revealed the band.  According to the band, Kenny came up with the name while they were the opening act for his Here and Now tour last year.  The new name wasn’t unfamiliar to the band as they already sell flags with the “No Bad Vibes” slogan. The tour kicks off on January 19 in Indiana.

Old Dominion will kick off 2023 with a new single called “Memory Lane.” It will officially be released on Thursday (January 5th). The band previewed the tune on TikTok and gave fans the details when they announced the song first on their socials on New Year’s Eve.

Lead singer and co-writer Matthew Ramsey said, “Sometimes, when I’m feeling overwhelmed, or missing someone, or maybe just feel a little nostalgic, there are places in my mind I can go that are full of memories of simpler times. It’s a location, or a person, or a feeling that will always live in my memories and I can close my eyes and transport myself there anytime I want and experience it all again. I think we all have that time in our life that will remain forever perfect in our hearts. Sometimes we wish we could just stay there and never leave.”

In addition to Matthew, “Memory Lane” was co-written by Old Dominion’s Trevor Rosen and Brad Tursi alongside Jessie Jo Dillon.

Old Dominion will kick off their No Bad Vibes Tour on January 19th in Evansville, Indiana.
