Country star Morgan Wallen defended Taylor Swift after a mention of her at his recent Indianapolis show prompted booing from attendees.
Wallen thanked fans for helping his show be the most attended show in the venue’s history for two nights in a row and then made a joke about Swift saying, “Until Taylor comes,” which prompted a mixed response from fans.
Despite the boos, Wallen thanked the audience for their support and expressed his appreciation. He told fans, “We ain’t got to boo, we ain’t got to boo.”
Swift is set to perform at the same stadium in 2024 as part of her ‘Eras Tour.’
