Luke Bryan Wants to ‘Make Good on All the Talk’ About Women in Country Music

Luke Bryan says he is committed to putting his money where his mouth is, when it comes to supporting women, in country music.

After Bryan performed at the CMA Fest, he spoke about the lack of opportunities for women.  “Obviously, a lot of people are talking about it,” said Bryan, who added, “it’s up for talks.  But you’ve gotta make good on all the talk, too.”

Although Bryan has Cole Swindell and Jon Langston on his all-male “Sunset Repeat Tour,” Bryan says he is aware of female inequality – especially the gradual disappearance, lately, of women’s from Country radio.
