I-80 Westbound is a mess this morning!

There is an accident that has  two lanes blocked I-80 WB at Briggs St to Richards St, Solid traffic from Veterans Memorial Tollway (I-355)
Occurred a little before 2:00am.  Traffic is getting by on right shoulder. The accident involved two semis. There is also construction in the area.
