Talk about an impulse buy! Nicole Rudder decided to purchase a dilapidated castle on a whim.
The Garrion Tower, near Wishaw, in England, was listed for over a quarter of a million dollars.
Rudder was sent a link to the listing as a joke, but she soon fell in love and made the purchase: “I had to go home and tell my husband I’d bought a castle and he wasn’t too pleased at first,” she said. “I want my daughters to grow up knowing that girls can do anything they want and everything is possible with hard work.”
