Headed Down the Old Town Road Toward a Huge Lawsuit?

Lil Nas X may have to get off his high horse following the success of ‘Old Town Road,’ with Billy Ray Cyrus.

The rapper is now sued for $25 million for alleged song theft.  A California music publisher says Lil Nas X took part of Bobby Caldwell’s ‘Carry On’ for his own song with the same name.  He then posted the song on YouTube and various streaming platforms.
