Gwen Stefani Single-Handedly Saves Ben Allen During ‘The Voice’ Results Show

During “The Voice” results show on NBC, Tuesday night (Dec. 1st), Team Gwen’s Carter Rubin was saved by the audience – who had given the singer the most votes.  But Gwen Stefani was able to choose another contestant, to move on to next week’s live rounds.

Stefani chose Ben Allen, whom she said would be a “dream to work with,” after she stole him from Blake Shelton (her fiance), during the knockout round.  Allen, who won hearts after his covers of songs from Kenny Chesney, Brooks & Dunn, and Luke Combs, will return to The Voice stage, Monday, December 7th, thanks to Gwen.
