FRISKY FRIDAY FUNGUS-FREE: Science Shows – ‘Invisible Pajamas’ Are the Way to Go
Why You Should Sleep Naked Tonight, According to Scientists

Health researchers now urge us to lighten up, and sleep naked – because of the pluffy pile of benefits which “dozing off in your birthday suit” offers, for your overall health.

Medical experts point to healthier skin, decreased body temperature, lower chances of fungal or bacterial infection, and increased happy hormones (like oxytocin) as reasons why sleeping naked can “fluff up” your overall well-being.

Plus, it may improve your emotional health by offering opportunity for intimacy.

Advocates say that if you’re not ready to try “invisible jammies” – or fully strip down before bedtime – wear loose-fitting clothes, take off any jewelry, and wash your face (& hair), before you hit the sack.  These are all great moves to make, for a better night’s sleep.

Well, sheet!  “Invisijams!”
