FRISKY FRIDAY FAIL: Indiana Development Deal Nixed Due to ‘Adult Baby Shop’
Adult Baby Shop Ruins Development Deal in Indiana
A $5.5 million dollar real estate deal fell through, after an owner refused to close a shop he owns.

Ryan Polokoff had almost reached a deal with the city of Noblesville, Indiana, for a new building.  But Polokoff claims that the deal fell apart, once the city realized he owned a store called “My Inner Baby” which sells adult-sized baby clothes and diapers and such.

The suburban city, north of Indianapolis, denies that the store is the reason the deal fell through.
