Dolly Parton to Headline Dallas Cowboys’ Halftime Show on Thanksgiving Day

Dolly Parton will be the halftime show performer, during the Dallas Cowboys’ Thanksgiving Day game, next month.

The country superstar wrote on social media, Monday (October 16th), “Can’t wait to see everyone at the @SalvationArmyUS Red Kettle Kickoff Halftime Show during the @DallasCowboys game.”

The game will air Thursday, November 23rd, on CBS at 3:30 p.m. CST (our time).

Parton promises “a performance that will rock,” which suggests that she’ll be performing songs from her upcoming Rockstar album.  She’s been inducted into the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame.
