David Allen Stone
David mixes his old soul and love of 90s country with a mondern twist of rock and love for his Country which shows in his work! His most resent accomplishment is winning The Country Networks new show The Next Big Twang, with others such as being featured in VFW magazine, The Army Website, multiple podcasts and newspapers, doing an interview with his local TV station, and even being recognized as Hero of the game during a Chicago White Sox game, where they also played his song while being recognized, and sang the 7th inning stretch at a Cubs Game!
David started his music career at just 5 years old performing in local children plays. He found has passion for music during his deployment in Afghanistan in 2009 after his dad sent him a guitar. Upon returning home he started learning new chords, and writing his own music. He started writing his first song around 6 years ago titled “Bury These Burdens”. However, he wouldn’t go on to release it until after January 9th, 2020 when a fellow Soldier and classmate had taken his own life. He then chose to go to Nashville and have his single professionally recorded and mastered by Prime Cut Studios, where he released his debut single to raise awareness and address the Suicide rate for Soldiers. He used it to let all Veterans know that it is okay to talk about what happened and that they are not alone in their struggles. David is currently still serving in the Illinois Army National Guard of 19 years. His goals are to be able to quit his full time job and actively pursue music, perform on the Grand Ol’ Opry stage and maybe win a Grammy or two someday. Some of his hobbies include spending time with family and friends, going to off road parks (or just crusing with friends), writing music, fishing, and doing escape rooms!!
 David just recently released his new sing “Empty Cup” out now on all your favorite music streaming platforms. He also recently recorded his music video for “Backwoods Gravel Party” which will release later this year!!
