It’s been 12 years since both Chicago baseball teams have been relevant at the same time. Here it is September 8th, and both The White Sox & the Cubs lead their divisions. Unfortunately the end of the 2008 season saw both teams losing their first-round playoff series. So what has to happen for each team to sustain and actually make the World Series. The White Sox have won 4 in a row and are currently tied with the Indians with a record of 26-15. The Cubs are struggling as of late losing 10 of their last 15 but still lead the NL Central with a record of 24-18 leading the Cardinals by 2 1/2 games.
