COWS UNFETTERED BY SPRINKLERS, CAR ALARMS, AS THEY WANDER FLORIDA NEIGHBORHOOD

Cows usually aren’t nuisance-types. Four cows have been wandering around in Jacksonville, Florida’s Westside. One neighbor says she turned on her sprinklers and car alarm, but the cows did not react, and instead stopped to take a drink from the sprinklers. It’s not clear where the cows came from.
