Blake Shelton introduces Gwen Stefani as ‘Gwen Stefani-Shelton‘

Blake wants the world to know that Gwen is officially his – or that they belong to each other, and family.

During a recent CMA Summer Jam Performance, he introduced her as Gwen Stefani-Shelton.

Afterward, they performed a duet of “Happy Anywhere.”

The couple wed at the Shelton ranch in Oklahoma, over the Fourth of July holiday, with her two sons present.
