Animals lovers rejoice!

Animal cruelty is now a federal crime.  President Trump has signed a bipartisan bill that Congress passed.  The Prevent Animal Cruelty and Torture Act outlaws purposefully crushing, burning, drowning, suffocation, impalement, or other violence causing serious bodily injury to animals.
