Blake Shelton Celebrates Birthday 43 – Right Here in Chicago

Blake Shelton turned 43-years-old, Tuesday – and his girlfriend Gwen Stefani took him to spend the day at Chicago’s Shedd Aquarium.

To celebrate his big day, Stefani posted a throwback picture of her beau on Instagram.  A younger Shelton was wearing a cowboy hat, denim shirt, jeans, and boots.  Stefani wrote in the caption, “Happy b day to my favorite human!!! Can’t believe your mine  #soooooolucky!!!!”
