Personal trainer Nathaniel Nolan, from Indiana, swears that walking like a dog, every day, has helped with his pain and given him a ripped body.

Nolan says the routine has also helped with his mobility.

He does the dog walk for over a half hour, every day.  And he even does it in public.

Nolan encourages others to try out the “All Fours Challenge.”
