Here’s something that probably crosses your mind every time you throw your back out reaching for the remote.

According to a new survey, two-thirds of Americans between 25 and 45 say they feel physically older than their actual age.

But . . . three-quarters feel MENTALLY younger.

In other words, we’re all kids at heart but our bodies feel like they belong to senior citizens.  Seems about right.

The survey also found the top five things people say are challenging about becoming an adult.

They are:  Being responsible for your own physical health . . . cooking healthy meals . . . budgeting . . . keeping the house clean . . . and resisting the urge to buy junk food when you’re grocery shopping.
