Steven Spielberg’s New Horror TV Show can only Be Watched in the Dark!

Steven Spielberg is writing a horror series for a new TV phone app called Quibi (* oh, boy, more tv!). The show is titled “Spielberg’s After Dark.” The gimmick is, you’ll only be able to watch the show when your phone knows it’s dark outside. Since your phone knows where it is at the moment, a clock will appear on the screen, ticking down until sun sets in whatever time zone you’re in. Then the clock starts ticking again to when the sun comes back up — and the show will disappear until the next night. The Quibi app is scheduled to launch next April 2020.
