Do you want strong, healthy teeth?  Dentist Silviu Cartas reveals a mistake, which a lot of people make, when we brush those pearly whites!

People tend to rinse their mouths after brushing,” Cartas says.  “However, this causes the removal of fluoride from the teeth, which means it can’t benefit the teeth by strengthening the minerals in the enamel.

He recommends that, after you’re done brushing your teeth, spit instead of rinsing.  Here’s why:  Toothpaste ingredients need time to release, and rinsing removes these ingredients too quickly.
