The Swifties are in an uproar, over two Netflix shows – which they say are “slut-shaming” Taylor Swift.

Fans took to Twitter, to call out a line in the Netflix show “Ginny & Georgia,” the coming-of-age series.  It follows a mother and a daughter, who move to New England.  One of the characters said, “What do you care?  You go through men faster than Taylor Swift.”

This is just one of the lines, which has angered Swift fans.  “Degrassi: Next Class” also made a joke about Taylor – one of the actors says, “Taylor Swift made an entire career off of her exes.”

Fans are calling the lines “misogynistic” and had “Respect Taylor Swift” trending on Twitter, over the weekend. “…women cant even exist at this point without being shamed, it’s almost like they forget that Taylor has been in a committed relationship for about 5 years now…. I can assure you the joke is SO old and not even the slightest bit funny. RESPECT TAYLOR SWIFT” wrote one fan.
