Reba McEntire to Be Honored With Artist of a Lifetime at CMT Artists of the Year Event

Reba McEntire is a country music powerhouse and will be honored as such at CMT’s Artists of the Year event.
McEntire, who has 40 years in the music business, is 2019’s “Artist of a Lifetime” award recipient. She joins Merle Haggard, Loretta Lynne, Kenny Rogers, and Shania Twain.
Other artists that will be honored during the 90-minute live event include Dan + Shay, Carrie Underwood, Kane Brown, Luke Combs, and Thomas Rhett, all who have had a very successful 2019. Reba will also serve as host for this year’s CMAs alongside Dolly Parton.
The CMT Artists of the Year event happens on October 16th at Schermerhorn Symphony Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Here’s the full story from CMT.
