Realtors Value the Simpson’s Cartoon Home at Half-a-Million Dollars

Marge and Home Simpson may often struggle to make ends meet; but they’re currently sitting in a house valued at just under half-a-million dollars.

Garret’s Realty has recently appraised the fictional Springfield home, based on the assumption that the house at 742 Evergreen Terrace is 2,200 square feet, with four bedrooms, and two-and-a-half bathrooms.

According to their data, that pre-1989 home is currently worth $449,900.

[However, the fact that the home designed by Matt Groenig is only two-dimensional does not seem to be incorporated into the assessment.  😉    ~ Mo ]
