Pizzeria Unveils Grasshopper Pizza

Las Vegas is currently dealing with a massive infestation of grasshoppers.  But where some see nothing but pests, one pizzeria sees inspiration. The pizza makers at Evel Pie have unveiled their new “Canyon Hopper” pizza, topped with garlic-and-lime-roasted grasshoppers along with chorizo, goat cheese, arugula, and caramelized onions. They say the grasshopper pie is “only for the bravest daredevils”, although they insist it’s “damn good”. What would you rather have on a pizza – grasshoppers or pineapple?
