Oprah Winfrey will serve as host for a two night special about racism in America starting tonight.
The town hall will air on OWN plus will be simulcast on all Discovery Networks. The special, titled “OWN Spotlight: Where Do We Go From Here” will feature activists, artists, and thought leaders.

Some of the featured guests will include politician Stacey Abrams, journalist Charles M. Blow, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, filmmaker Ava DuVernay, professor and author Jennifer Eberhardt, journalist and founder of the “1619 Project” Nikole Hannah-Jones, historian and author Ibram Kendi, actor David Oyelowo, Color of Change founder Rashad Robinson, and NAACP national board member Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II. 
Part 1 will air Tonight @ 8pm (June 9) with part 2 tomorrow night also at 8pm June 10th. Here’s more from Variety.

On a local level, WCCQ and the radio stations of Alpha Media present “United for Justice, A Day of Discussion” this Friday June 12th from 10am-4pm. The “United for Justice, A Day of Discussion” will run on WCCQ.com and on WCCQ’s Facebook & Twitter Page. The program will also air live on 1340 WJOL, Star 96.7 and 95.9 The River.
