So I was reading an article about how 60% of non-smokers feel that they deserve an extra 3-5 days off of work since they don’t take Smoke breaks! This has me thinking about how much time. Smokers do spend outside having their breaks. While having a few extra days would be nice, I think us non-smokers should make it a point to take more breaks even if they aren’t smoking! Maybe we should take mental health breaks or quick walking breaks!
