Magnolia Empire: Chip and Joanna Gaines Opening a Hotel

Chip and Joanna Gaines are preparing to open a hotel in downtown Waco, Texas.
The boutique-style hotel will be just down the street from their shopping complex called Magnolia Market at the Silos.
The HGTV celeb couple will begin renovations on the one-hundred-year-old building that will be their hotel this fall. Barring any problems, the hotel will be open for guests in 2021.
