Less Connected to Nature? You May Have Some ‘Dark’ Personality Traits

University of Derby researchers have analyzed data from 500 people (from Britain).  And they have found that individuals, who have a personality ruled by the so-called “dark triad” of traits (Machiavellianism, narcissism and psychopathy), have fewer dealings with nature.

Study author, Dr. Dean Fido says, “Across our studies, we evidenced a relationship between a connection with nature and psychopathy.”

Fido added that everyone has psychopathic tendencies, to some degree; but the level varies, from person to person.
