Last year took a toll on everybody, even people who seem to have it all together, like Kelsea Ballerini. In a recent interview she talked about how the past 12 months brought anxiety and depression. But she’s fighting back on several fronts.

“I want it to be something I’m doing because it’s great. Weight training? I like it. Soul Cycle? I love. I have a soul cycle upstairs, and the little LED light around the room, and I turn the lights off, and the music is really loud. I love it.”
