Last year took a toll on everybody, even people who seem to have it all together, like Kelsea Ballerini.  In a recent interview she talked about how the past 12 months brought anxiety and depression.  But she’s fighting back on several fronts.

Quote, “I doubled-up on therapy, I’m eating healthy, working out, and feeling good.”  She has an interesting take on how to keep her workout routine fresh.  Quote, “I hate running, so I don’t run.  I never want working-out to feel like I’ve done something wrong.

“I want it to be something I’m doing because it’s great.  Weight training?  I like it.  Soul Cycle?  I love.  I have a soul cycle upstairs, and the little LED light around the room, and I turn the lights off, and the music is really loud.  I love it.
