Kelly Clarkson’s estranged husband, Brandon Blackstock, denies that he defrauded her out of millions of dollars.

Blackstock filed legal documents, in response to the court documents which Clarkson, filed in October of 2019.  She claimed that Blackstock’s father, Narvel Blackstock, and his Starstruck Management Group violated California Labor Code and charged exorbitant commission fees.

Blackstock’s documents say Starstruck isn’t subject to regulation, under the Talent Agencies Act; because duties weren’t carried out in California.

The drama started last September, when the management group claimed that Clarkson owed them $1.4 million, in unpaid commissions, after it had managed for her – although the agreement of management was verbal.

Narvel Blackstock is the ex-husband of Reba McEntire.  Brandon Blackstock and Clarkson have two children, plus his from a previous marriage.
