ABC/Image Group LA If you’ve noticed Kane Brown being rather quiet on his socials lately, there’s a good reason: the “Good As You” hitmaker is busy working on the follow-up to 2018’s Experiment

“We’re working on it,” Kane tells ABC Radio. “I’m trying to get an album out. You know, I cut off my Facebook and my Twitter so I can focus on writing music, because I get lost on my phone all the time. So I’m just excited to get the music out for [the fans], so we’re gonna do it ASAP.”

In the meantime, Kane’s latest single, “Homesick,” is climbing the chart, as he and his wife, Katelyn, await the arrival of their daughter, whom they plan to name Kingsley.

The couple’s already making some changes on the road, so Kane won’t be quite as “Homesick.”

“Katelyn, we’ve actually changed it where she’s been with me basically every day,” he explains. “And we’re gonna knock out the back couch [on the bus] and put a crib in, so the baby will be with us every day as well.”

This week, Kane continues on Jason Aldean‘s Ride All Night Tour, with stops in Saratoga Springs and Wantagh, New York and Bristow, Virginia.
