Kane Brown Has Gained 21 Lbs – of Muscle

Kane Brown is updating fans on his fitness journey.

He shared a pic on the scale that says he weighs 201.4 and he wrote, “started this journey at 180” with a flexing emoji.  Brown also said that, seeing changes in his body, is making him feel better about himself.

He said, “A lot more confident and it got me ready for stage.  My mental health is just crazy now.”
