Johnny Cash Mural on Water Tower Leaks from Curious Spot after It Was Shot

Someone is a very good shot, and may have an odd sense of humor. But that person is not very considerate of others.
Video of a water tower in Arkansas is going viral, after someone shot it.
It stands in Kingsland, and features a mural of country music legend Johnny Cash.
Someone shot the silhouette of Cash, in the groin area of the painting. That caused water to spurt out.
The tower was shot May 11th, and is still leaking, as crews work to make repairs.
The city had just spent $300,000 to refurbish the water tank last year.
