A staggeringly high number of workers around the world say they’re unhappy in their current jobs, according to an annual Gallup survey of the workplace. Fully 60% of employees say they’re not “engaged” in the workplace. That’s a buzzword meaning that they’re just watching the clock tick until it’s time to go home. Half of American workers say they feel stressed at work on a daily basis.
