According to a study by Zillow, 50% of aspiring home owners cry, during the process.  Half!

The 2,000 people who were polled say that affordability and urgency are the biggest stressors.

In April, nearly half of homes sold in the US sold for above asking price.

With rising interest rates, will the buying frenzy cool down?
