Gilligan’s Island Loss: Ginger Pays Tribute to Mary Ann

Tina Louise pays tribute to her late Gilligan’s Island co-star Dawn ‘Mary Ann’ Wells, who died this week, at the age of 82.

Louise, who played movie star ‘Ginger Grant,’ on the show, said she was “sad to learn of Dawn’s passing” and “will always remember her kindness to me.”  The 86-year-old Louise is now the only living cast member from the iconic show.  It only ran from 1964-67.  But the crazy sitcom has continued airing in reruns, for what seems like forever.
