George Strait Breaks Rodeo Record

The King of Country proved that his brand of music still packs them in. George Strait set an all-time attendance record at RodeoHouston and NRG Stadium on Sunday night. His concert to close down the rodeo brought in 80,108 people. Strait previously set the record in 2013. He has performed at 30 RodeoHouston concerts since 1984.
