ELK RINGS DOORBELL WITH ANTLERS BEFORE EATING HOMEOWNER’S FLOWERS

09 November 2021, Brandenburg, Dobbrikow: A moose stands in a meadow. For several years now, a single free-ranging bull moose has been roaming the meadows of the Nuthetal valley. The animal, which originates from Poland, often seeks the proximity of cattle. In 2018, a yellow transmitter collar was put on the moose to document its routes. It’s not everyday you seek an elk in front of your house. The doorbell camera of a homeowner in Estes Park, Colorado, caught the moment an Elk rang his doorbell with its antlers, and then began eating some flowers and even nibbling on a Christmas wreath. James Jonell posted the footage online.
