DuPage Health Department To Open COVID-19 Vaccine Site On County Fairgrounds

(Wheaton, IL) — The DuPage County Fairgrounds in west suburban Wheaton will be used as a COVID-19 vaccination site starting next month. The county health department had been using the property for coronavirus testing, but that will end this month. The site will take the place of the vaccination clinic currently set up at the health department building in Wheaton. The number of people that can be vaccinated at the site daily will depend on how much vaccine is available. The Dupage County fairgrounds clinic is located at 2015 Manchester Road and would operate starting in mid-February. Vaccinations will not be given to people who don’t register in advance at www.dupagehealth.org/covid19vaccine. Here’s the complete story from the Chicago Tribune.
