Dierks Bentley has had to cancel a Maryland concert date, due to a crew member testing positive for COVID-19.
Bentley posted a message to fans on Instagram which said, “We are sad to announce that we have to reschedule Thursday’s show in Columbia, Maryland. Even though we are a fully vaccinated tour, we had a positive test in the touring party. In order to keep the band, crew, and our families safe, we are following a strict testing protocol and won’t be cleared to be back on the road until Friday.”
It’s unclear who in Bentley’s camp tested positive. But Dierks is working to reschedule the show for Maryland at a later time.
Bentley is expected to return to the stage on Friday (September 24) in New York at Jones Beach Theater.
